SPECIAL ISSUE CALL:
The Chariot. Temperance. The Star.
Hello, darling peaches. We're thinking about the tarot lately and how it weaves the fabric of mystery, choice, potential, and certainty all around us.
Send us your work around the cards, the questions, the elements, and whatever magical forces surround the tarot. Perhaps the question posed to the tarot becomes the poem itself, maybe it's a card or a spread, maybe it's inspired by the major or minor arcana. Perhaps the tarot is invoked in spell work.
Send us 3-7 poems in the body of an email or a doc/pdf attachement
Deadline: 6/30 at midnight.
Assistant Editor Stephanie Valente will curate a selection of 5-10 tarot poems.

In January 2016, we launched our new endeavor: We are now publishing beautiful chapbooks. As of now, however, chapbook submissions are currently closed, as we are closely reading all current submissions.
We are interested in surreal, bizarre, dark, compelling, unsettling poetry and short fiction. We especially welcome writers who identify as being queer, non-binary, women, and POC. We do not charge a reading fee. Our reading period is on a rolling basis. Because we do have 9-5 jobs, please leave up to three months before you prod us. After that, you may send us a kind email reminding us about your submission.
Please send a cover letter and description of your collected work, with the email subject line as YOUR NAME_TITLE_CHAPBOOK. The work itself should be attached twice, as a .doc file and a pdf. Any submission that doesn't follow this guideline will be automatically disqualified.
