Music Friyay: New Order, Josephine Foster, Bauhaus

By Joanna C. Valente

Here’s some music, new and old, you should listen to and check out:

New Order - Get Ready

New Order’s 2001 album, in my opinion, is highly underrated. It’s an interesting modern move for the band as they entered a new era.

Josephine Foster - I’m a Dreamer

Foster has the voice of an angel who has been lost for a long time. It’s eerily reminiscent of the past, as if we went back in time to the origins of folk, and then came back to the present. Her 2013 album is a tender gift.

Bauhaus - The Sky’s Gone Out

What better time to listen to this classic 1982 album than now?
