cut & stab & tear

the skin

 

at three she has teeth

like a beast & the instinct

to mutilate

 

understands implicitly she

is a predator at the dinner table

& survival is sinking

 

herself tooth & nail &

plastic tools deep

He's an editor and designer at Essay Press and at Small Po[r]tions, the author of the chapbook Sinister Queer Agenda (above/ground press, forthcoming), and a PhD student in the SUNY Buffalo Poetics Program.
